Why does it have no durability loss as secondary stat? Rings have no durability. Also, does the IAS have no affect on Rend? Resource better to have? thank you in advance.

…it also tells you not to wear ORotZ if possible, as it comes with sub-optimal stats, so you want it to be in the cube so that you can wear the other two rings with good stats.
