I went back and looked at my first post. It seems so cute and innocent now LOL. I think others might enjoy this, maybe, maybe not. But I’ll start. Here it is.
I have never posted on these forums but I honestly believe this is something we need to get more traction on. Season theme as is will be a huge disappointment for pushing builds. Love the idea of 2x all slots. Seasons are supposed to be OP in nature somewhat. If that is too much at least give us a 4th slot. I hope more people bring this to the developers attention. - Feb 8 2020

I can’t remember my first post on the older forums (I think it was in a "Show your best/rarest gear piece thread), but I believe my first post on these forums was simply me complaining about the lack of downvote button.

I think my 1st was on a thread ranting about how yellows were better than legendaries. We’ve come a long way since then.

My first was when they reworked Rathma, and i was so pi$$ed about minions haveing no dmg at all. I ranted through the whole PTR session. 
I still haven’t forgiven Blizz.

Here’s mine- talking about MOTE Leapquake (of course):
I recently cleared 110 when I drew a great Festering Woods with both a conduit and then a power for the boss (Eskandiel) and have been coming fairly close on some 111’s. I’ve been doing a little bit of timing on my RG kills and have drawn a few conclusions of my own.
My fastest 111 kill was Hamelin in about 2’30" with a power pylon. Saxtris was about 3’30" (no power pylon). Eskandiel was around 4’, as were Perdition, Tethrys, Orlash, and Cold Snap. The bad ones were Ember, Rime, Blighter, Perendi, and Vesalius. Even worse are Stonesinger, Infernal Maiden, Erethon, and Raiziel who can all one-shot you, even with BoM and all diamonds. All of these “bad and really bad” ones took at least 6-7 minutes.
I would say that if you have enough adds, you can surpass the damage loss from reduced stricken stacks, but it takes a lot. Saxtris, I think, is #1, since he lets you hit him for a while and build up some Stricken before he starts summoning adds, and Hamelin #2. I haven’t actually drawn Binder at 111, but I think you’re probably right to put her in that top tier. Eskandiel is pretty much at the “break even point”: just enough adds to make up for the lost Stricken. My personal favorite among the no-adds bosses is Perdition, since he doesn’t move around much and has nothing that can kill me.
That’s from the old forum. Only reason I still have it is that I made a copy of most of the old Leapquake thread before the old forum was permanently closed down.
Not sure whether it feels like a long time ago now, or just yesterday. Maybe both.

im sure mine if at all was on the old forum as well, i believe it was regarding a HC death that went something along the lines of:
(got a shield pylon) and had unity equipped, follower at that time didnt have no death affix on relic, and the so and so * stood in a quad molten explosion, rip HC toon lmao
*I’m pretty sure i didnt use as nice terminology as so and so and after that gave up using a follower until many, many seasons later (likely when emanation became a thing).
It’s so funny to think about now.

I have know idea what my first post was. But I always enjoy reading anything to do with Diablo lore, pre Blizzcon hype and speculations as long as they are not over the top and silly.

Same, I was a lurker in the forums long before I started posting. Biggest reason that kept me posting is lore discussions.
And you are very good at it a font of Diablo knowledge I enjoy your insight.

My first post was on the old forums before the xpac came out.
I don’t remember what I said, but it was a question after a patch asking if we still had to collect 8 or 10 elite kills in a short time anymore.
This new patch did away with that system.
That old forum is long gone.

This is the first post I could find. Going back through them took some time. But this might not be my actual “first post” on this forum. That one could have been “bamfed”.
I got a Primal Aquilla on my DH. I wasn’t running Rapid Fire where it would be somewhat useful. But still it had good rolls. Sockets and all that.
Even with the Main Stat being Dexterity, I threw it on my seasonal Necromancer Death Nova build. Figured with gems and augments I’d make up for the loss DPS and the added armor would be a good thing.
Eventually, I got a Primal Golem Breeches, or whatever their called and threw those on it as well. Allowed me to drop Kalan’s and equip a GG hellfire. It’s not a pushing build but it can rock GR 90. For someone that’s not interested in pushing the leaderboards it works out.
It’s a shame the build will be gone after the season.
I couldn’t tell you what my first post on the old forums was though. Damned ECT treatments.

First post on Blizzard forums would have been Diablo 2 in around 2000. I needed help with a tech issue. I did get help from other players. Then I stuck around and helped others from time to time. Then to the WoW forums, then to the D3, forums, and here I still am.
Something like 50K + posts later. Most are lost to forum builds being removed over the years.

Okay we’re going back to the classic forums and my actual first post was about D2 and the horrible server problems around 2006.
People said this is not the forum to bring up technical problems, but things were horrible.
Many players moved to other servers because East was unplayable.
Finally things got fixed several months into the season.
Boy those were the days, long before D3 came out.
Clans were tight and most used TeamSpeak to chat during game time.
Discord wasn’t even a thing for years at that time.

This account, after I took a long break from Blizzard games, was about best/favorite d2 character. Best: Sorc. Favorite: Barb. Started playing D3 again in April '21 and posted in September '21. Then my second post was about 5-6 months after that. Crazy.

I remembered what my first posts were on this forum. They were mostly about the Diablo Immortal reveal because the switch to this forum and that happened aroundabaout the same time. Those all got poof’d though.
Another one I remember, was something about first primals.
Mine had to do with finding a Trag’Oul’s Corroded Fang as my first primal ever. Still have it my stash. lol
