I don’t think we need to level up any faster in D3 than we can already do, if you really decide to rush things.
A permanent 100% xp buff for levels 1 to 70 in adventure mode would be appreciated. I would have it turned off for campaign so that folks can experience the campaign as is but if people are playing adventure mode their goal is generally to get to 70 as fast as possible to start putting together end game builds.
I think there should be more chapters with quests in the season. Or maybe every week to be introduced other chapters. And completing every chapter to reward with 1 primal item from set maybe at the end of the season, but NOT the kreml’s belt which i have 4 or 5 times primal by now.
They should focus on another type of bonus. If a player has played this game for years and has not even reached 2k paragon, it is evident that paragons are not among his priorities …
Also, what’s fun about “just” jumping from a GR100 to 110? What’s different?
Considering how easy it is now especially in seasons that’s a player issue not a studio issue.
True enough but then what wrong by letting the players reached 2k paragon on average again? It is not like they can possess any threat to 5k paragon+ players. Not to mention that 100% EXP also benefits those 5k++ paragon too.

“Double Goblins” would be more fun then double XP.
Better yet, massively enhanced drop rate of the Bovine Bardiche.
Again, all my opinion. My preference is the bonus provides more monsters.
The point is that doubling, tripling XP, as you prefer, will not change the gameplay in any way, it will not add anything new, it is simply a lazy and meaningless addition.
In addition, the XP bonus will only further encourage the use of bots for the duration of this.

It doesn’t stop the SC2 team to do that.
Again, if it is meaningless as you said, I see there is no harm for casual players to enjoy the 100% EXP buff in the end because the paragon that they gained during the EXP bonus is meaningless in the long run as well.
But - i won’t enjoy “XP Buffs” as much as others.
I rather have an elite spawn after ever 100 massacre bonus kills (reverse of S19)
And that doesn’t change the fact that it’s a lazy and useless addition, especially in a game where XP is so easily acquired. XP is not a rare thing that everyone looks for like a “whitefly”.
If it doesn’t make sense, then there is no logical reason for that. Instead, strive to add new types of gameplay. “XP Bonus” is extremely boring and childish.
The logical reason to adds XP Bonus because most players are happy to see their paragon level goes up. Let’s be realistic here, adding new type of gameplay in the middle of the season is impossible, especially with the D3 classic team that has limited resources to do anything impactful.
So is it “logical” and “fun” for you to see a little more XP numbers bouncing on your screen? You are content with little, very little … As you say, the team is limited, so the correct thing would be for the D3 team to devote their limited time to fixing bugs, adjusting builds, creating new legendary powers, QoL … ANYTHING would be much better than “double xp” …

Yes, it is fun. I still remembered the time where D3 got the temporary XP Bonus and everyone went crazy playing it.
Considering that most of the Blizzard games were getting XP Bonus in this month, it is naturally for the Diablo players would want to get a piece of it.
There were several times they offered an XP buff event. Please scroll up and see the list I posted.
I don’t find it very exciting though as it does not really do much except push paragon a bit.
I don’t think you quite understood, no one is stopping those players from reaching 2K+ in season or non except those players. The dev team has made if very easy for seasonal players to ‘catch up’ with free sets,extra powers etc.
To reiterate: no one, players or Blizzard is gatekeeping 2k or any other paragon number. I know personal responsibility isn’t in fashion but it’s the actual answer here.
We already have bonus exp from pools, which is a huge buff in and of itself, so I don’t see the need for another exp bonus because we already have one.
More importantly, why do you want double xp?
Of all the bonus idea I have seen, this is the most bland, boring and useless so far! 
I understood perfectly. I just saying there is nothing wrong with spoon fed those casual players when in the long run, it won’t even affect anything to anyone.
But it doesn’t really change anything. Why not do something more interesting or something that alters gameplay instead? If they’re going to put effort in to do something, I believe it should be something more interesting than “moar numbars”.
This season theme is the perfect example. It changes gameplay in a way that is not game breaking as it allows different combinations of items in the cube. It’s far more interesting than just leveling faster, which changes literally nothing in the game.
