im trying the WOL agian this season… but it feels very slow to cast… about 1 sec pr cast… WOL seems to have a 0,3 sec cd but i am not getting that at all… anyone else experienced this??? any suggestions are welcome … 
update… equipping 2 1 handed weapons makes it quicker… but still not quick enough as what are seen on videos and such
Yes, you should be using two 1h weapons. Ideally, Rabid Strike and Kyoshiro’s Blade.
The only attack speed buff you should have is StI, which you are using.
This buff doesn’t last the entire fight if you’re playing at the edge of your capabilities, but perhaps it’s also the IAS you get from paragon. You wouldn’t have a lot yet.
Looking at your seasonal LoD-WoL monk… I can’t see any glaring issues. Looks like you are making do with what RNG has given you. But your skill selection looks OK.
Only difference to how I play it… is I prefer using SW-IS instead of CS for the spirit regen.
