Wizard is now channeling everything

Just an FYI: arcane torrent is double dipping the benefit of the channeling bonuses on the PTR at current. This results in a:

• 4.25*2.5*1.25 = 13.28125‬ times multiplier increase over intended, and a:
• 13.28125*13.28125 = 176.3916015625 total multiplier increase from Channeling items while channeling arcane torrent on the PTR v2.6.8.66139.

Tested and confirmed the same. Appears the Arcane torrent skill ramp up is triggering the channeling multipliers twice, as in, for deathwish: 4.25* 4.25 multiplier.

Confirmed separately:

• Deathwish, Etched Sigil, Mantle of Channeling.

I will agree that these bonuses could be looked into adjusting, even after a fix to the above.
