I mean some changes are happy to be seen by most players. So will these changes launch on the release date?
some changes will be in the game, basically everything you saw changed in beta will be but they haven’t released a post on what is changing or patch notes or anything. You can expect most things other than stuff that was different in the beta wont be changing till after launch.
No, no new changes at launch. Rod Fergussion, the head of diablo, said this recently on twitter:
All of the changes i list in my thread here are it for launch: 28 Changes In D2: Resurrected [+More Post-Launch]

It’s almost guaranteed that we haven’t seen everything that is in store for D2:R yet. I’m sure there will be some news not only shortly before launch, but also after shortly before the first Ladder.
