Why does this game freeze for 5 seconds?

[Main Thread] Windows 19041 - Freezing for 5-10 seconds

After upgrading to Windows 10 2004, games freeze for a few seconds and then continue many times in the different scenes. During freeze time, the mouse pointer can move around normally. Checking the D3Debug.txt in the directory, the time of game freezing is matched to the time of the error of FMOD system. Is there any ‘official’ solution for this issue?
