Upgrade that outdated 7% IAS to 50-100% IAS or something decent. There’s no reason why this bracer shouldn’t be some what competitive when there are bracers that give "500% dmg to x skill and 50% IAS such as bracer of the first men or Morticks brace that gives every wotb rune which was put back in because difficulty has increased.
Agreed. Something like 50% IAS for primary skills would be good. Across the board, primary skills are underpowered, everything except Zuni DoD. But that build has no room, so it would be about an equal tradeoff with aughilds.
