Thanks. But the guide mentions that even level 0 should be able to post 10 replies. This is my first reply, and it looks like I can post on just a handful of forums.
Is there a way to see my current level?

The only other restriction I can think of is that console players and players with just the starter edition are restricted as to which forums they can post into.
