Why can't I every join public games?

108 games avialable. can’t join any. never can… this game has been broken for years now… why does blizzard hate multiplayer so much now?

Please explain how this is a bug. What happens when you try to join?

That means there are 108 games available on this this difficulty.That doesn´t mean there´s any on your current Char level.
Mostly those are Lv70 games.

I´m guessing he tries to join a pub with his Lv17 char
