The new forum is now how old?
How many times has the Community Manager posted in the General section since the forum revamp? Plenty…
How many times have seen had a post from any rep from Blizz? None.
We the Console community, who do play casual and endgame via Seasons feel utterly and totally left out.
Remember most on here cannot post in any other Blizzard forum due to forum restrictions.
Do you realize how bad this looks? You cater for your game on consoles yet utterly ignore us on your own forums.
The Seasonal Theme for S19 doesn’t work with console endgame play, we raise concerns yet nothing.
I appreciate BlizzCon is soon but if time can be taken to post in General why not cater and interact with your other customers on a different platform.
It is so poor customer relationship management.
