Where is the 4th Cube Slot?

I just returned to the game for this new season (I only played the game during season 22) then got busy with life. Now I returned for season 24 to check things out and to my surprise there’s no 4th cube slot. What’s the purpose behind this? The 4th cube slot made the game a lot more interesting as it allowed me to try infinitely different builds.

It should be added in the game permanently.

It was a Season theme. Unless otherwise noted (as in the Season of the Follower), they do not carry across or persist once the Season ends. Sort of the definition.

You can effectively get a 4th slot by finding a good Ethereal in the current season, however.
