In Options / Key Bindings / Heads Up Display is the ability to set keys for “Show Buff Holder”. I did that, but cannot figure out what it’s for. There doesn’t seem to be a mention of “Show Buff Holder” in these forums, and an internet search for “Show Buff Holder” only gives a few sites in (what might be) German.
Sounds like area above your abilities where your item based buffs show up.
Unless I’m not understanding what you mean?
This shouldn’t be an issue of understanding what I mean - it’s right there in the Options menu

Then it is indeed an option to keybind a toggle for the Buff Bar, the area above your abilities which shows your item based active buffs and their duration.
