Frank, looking at your profile, it looks like you’ve never done the campaign. If that’s the case you really should, it’s great.
Also looks like you are an NS (Non-Season) player. Have you done a season yet? If not, I’d suggest rebirthing your character next season. It is worth doing for the extra storage upon completing the “journey”, and you get almost a free set for your character, which really helps out. At season end, you keep everything, and revert to a non seasonal character. Then you just repeat for the next season. Keeps things fresh.
Deadly mouse
Yes mate I have reduced the difficulty and you definitely hit the hammer on the head, my issue is the balance of weapons against the difficulty, I just find I’m always a step behind. I envy you people how you improve and I don;t without a song and dance routine . The one thin I’m lacking is an effective sword
For a Blessed Hammer build, you absolutely must have Johanna’s Argument equipped (or an ethereal equivalent if you’re playing a season 24 hero) for this reason…
Increase the attack speed and damage of Blessed Hammer by 100%
In other words, that one-handed flail is a 4x damage multiplier to your Blessed Hammer attacks and is absolutely essential to the build. No other weapon in the game even comes close for this build.
Metroblade/Indian Both Johanna Argument and Guard of Johanna have top priority, unfortunately I placed Joanna Argument in the cube. So I just keep hoping to find them again. Pity I can’t buy them.
Well, you kinda can, requires a bit of mats though. Craft yellow (level 70) flails and crusader shields then use upgrade rare in cube with said flails and shields.
Craft some level 70 rare (yellow) one-handed flails
Use the third recipe in Kanai’s Cube to “Upgrade rare to legendary” to convert the yellow flails into random legendary ones. You’ll get another Johanna’s pretty easily that way.
If you get more than one, equip the better of the two. Use the worse one in the Cube’s second recipe “Reforge Legendary” to re-forge it. That’s like it drops again, with completely randomised affixes. It’s possible for this to result in an ancient and, if you’ve unlocked access to them, primal ancient. Once the reforge results in a better one, equip it, and the previously equipped one now becomes the one you use for reforging.
You can do the same thing with shields, and anything else you’re missing.
Metroblade, Yep thanks for the information. I have done a number of crafting but as yet no luck but that’s OK I have time on my hands. The other thing that I want to do is to further fine tune my skills. if possible is turn all skills into offensive weapons. “I just wanna kick a…” LOL
