I have a Season 26 seasonal Necromancer build. I recently leveled up my Molten Wildebeest’s Gizzard legendary gem to level 25. Now when I’m hit, I see a cooldown for Mykan’s Fortitude.
Has anybody come seen this before?

I believe that is the 4 part set bonus for the Pestilence set. You can check by hitting something with the mentioned abilities as it lasts for 15 seconds.
It’s not from the 4pc Pestilence bonus. I’ve seen that icon. This one only shows up when I’m hit. Also, when I am not using the legendary gem, this icon doesn’t appear.
Well, I know it’s not from Gizzard as that provides a shield based on vitality, not DR and the Gizzard shield isn’t limited to 15 seconds uptime. Which is what the Icon is indicating.
The only other thing it could be is the 3 part elite DR from Blackthorne, however that is not time limited either.
