I googled tpr/diablo3vcn and the AI blurb gives the same info Argos gave

Granted, it’s showing results for tpr/diablo 3 cn instead, but I think it’s still fairly on point, especially given the nature of the BLZBNTBNA000000C8 error you got when trying to install it.

d3t installs though?

BlizzTrack mentions d3vcn being encrypted, but d3t is open. Not sure if games can be later encrypted, but was there ever a publicly-announced PTR for d3cn?
