I’ve put together a build, mostly for the fun of it, basically It’s 5pc Patterns of Justice set, Vengeful Wind + Kyoshiro’s blade weps, 2 pc crimson’s
I cubbed Incense Torch, mantle of channeling and Ring of royal grandeur.
The whole point of the build was to spam bells while running really fast in them since the movement speed is very high and the set multiplier is for all damage to be increased while channeling tempest rush.
The problem is there seems to be a bug with the interaction either between sweeping wind and the bells or tempest rush or both because, even if i’m hitting the bells, wave of light rarerly if ever casts.
I’ve seen a similar interaction between sweeping wind and the bells on Sunwoko set.
The build would work btw, in the few circumstances that wave of light did proc it would hit for 500B + so it would be a viable speed farming build IF the waves did proc

I’ve made a LoN Tempest / wave of light build and rushing tru the bells does not trigger the wave of light. Don’t know if that’s intentional or not.
