Vigilante-Khassett's Dilemma Recommendation

Vigilante Belt’s legendary effect boosts damage while on the horse. While this is phenomenal for speeds, I personally find it frustrating in Greater Rift push due to the high frequency of skill refreshes which deactivate the horse and interrupt damage output. If you’re not on your horse, you gain no damage – which is a big no-no IMHO. It doesn’t synergize well with often refreshed Laws of Hope/Valor, Condemn:Vacuum, Iron Skin:Flash, or Provoke:Hit Me. I’d like to see the Vigilante Belt edited…

Yes the 5 second after cast trait can be applied, but I think decoupling the damage from Vigilante Belt and reapplying it on Khassett’s is the better solution.
