As this is about the PTR, you should report this here…
Click the blue pencil icon under your post to enter Edit mode
In the Edit window, from the drop-down list at the top right, select the correct forum
Click Save and your opening post, and any replies, will be moved there
Having said that, the PTR server is currently unstable due to issues with the PTR vendor and the bags he sells, which is detailed in the stickied thread in the PTR forum…
