After using vanishing dye on my Helm of the Immortal Kings I used the dye remover but the vanishing dye effect remains. This is true regardless of the transmog on the helmet, and prevents me from selecting any other dye as well.
I have logged completely out and back in with no effect.
Please help.
Changing transmogs won’t make a difference since it still has the vanishing dye effect on it.
To change dye, simply click the ‘remove dye’ button, then check new color desired.
No bug.
I was unclear in my post. I began by removing the vanishing dye to no effect.

Looking at her gear on the armoury, she still has vanishing dye applied to her helm.
