On the wiki it says it is restricted to the monk, even though it’s a crusader only set. However, I have been playing an absurd amount of hours on both the monk and the crusader and none of the valor set pieces have dropped at all.
Does anyone have any idea what I can do to get it to drop, or is it just bad luck?
You can wait until the new patch goes Live.
The new Monk and Crusader sets are part of Patch 2.6.7 which was just on the test server for a week. If you want them on live, you need to wait for that patch to go live. Season 18 is likely to end around 24th November and if Season 19 goes live 6th or 13th December that means Patch 2.6.7 will go live on Tuesday 3rd or 10th December.
