Like I have 63% CDR, but I find moments of being stuck with 5-10 sec downtime between Ahk Champ - and that is death zone. What am I missing, I noticed a few running the 20-25% shield (upon block, then chance will reduce a CD).

It’s not consistent enough even for a shotgun build.

Akarak’s awakening only works well in higher lvl grifts with a lot of density. Otherwise you might want to try either obsidian ring of the zodiac or mess’s reaver.

Obsidian Ring of the Zodyac equipped and Long Arm of the Law as passive; be sure of casting Law of Valor only when its effect is finished, so that it doesn’t suck CDR from Obsidian.
