Hey, Seventhwinds! Thank you for including system files! We’ve seen some issues with the latest Windows version 2004 (Build 19041) that you’re currently on.
As for the Blacksmith issue, I’ve seen one other similar report on this issue as well.
These issues will likely need the developers intervention. I’m getting tracking up for the Windows 10 Build 19041 issue, but for the Blacksmiith issue, I’ll take a look around on the bug report forums to see if we can gather reports for these situations as well.
As technical support, we are not the developers or quality assurance, we only assist with technical issues that can be resolved through troubleshooting. In some situations, something that does look technical may be a bug or compatibility issues that our developers and quality assurance teams will need to look into further and apply a fix for.
