Understanding Wizard Vyr's Build With Chantodo's Will Set

Greetings:

My wizard’s build is from Icy Vein’s Archon Build With Vyr’s.

I am confused regarding the set description for Chantodo’s Will, specifically:

Every time you hit with an attack while not in Archon form, 4000% weapon damage is added to the Wave of Destruction, stacking up to 20 times.>

Where might I find Wave of Destruction? Where might I find the stack count?

Any assistance you might give this aging warrior is most appreciated.

You will see an icon in the buff bar (above the skill bar) that looks similar to the Chantodo “sun burst”, there will be a stack counter in the lower right showing the number of stacks. Once you go into Archon you will see a pulsing wave attack flow from your toon without you hitting any keys.
