Unable to view battle tag friends

I am using Microsoft IE. When I try to view my battle tag friends, it says I have none. I know this is false. What can I do?

Use a different browser, perhaps?
MS no longer supports IE. They migrated to Edge quite some time ago.
edit- While I still have IE, this forum automatically opens on Edge.

Apologies. I am using edge, not IE. It does not work with edge or firefox.

I think this feature is not available at the moment… I have the same.

I’m on Chrome.

I can confirm that despite having Battletag friends, the profile site gives me the same dialogue advising that I don’t have any friends yet. I get the same result regardless of whether I view the site using IE11, Edge or Chrome.

That feature has been here for some time. Until recently, it worked just fine. For reasons I do not understand, it is not working. Thank you for the confirmation. Now I know I am not a random crank.

I’m using FireFox. I’m not seeing my Friends either. But, I’ve always experienced this. Sometimes they show. Sometimes they don’t.

I would typically chalk it up to this being the new D3 Forums. But, I’m not sure the Forums are directly related to our Profile pages.

It seems like it’s not the only part of the site that’s currently non-functional. The Rankings site… https://eu.diablo3.com/en/rankings/ …is also giving an error dialog

Rankings not yet available
Ladders are not available yet. Please check back in the future

I was using Firefox and it was fine. Now Firefox will not connect to the site. I have the proper cookies and permissions. I do not know what the problem is.

My guess is that the profile / rankings pages are having problems with connectivity to the back-end database that holds the information.

Try deleting your browser cookies (in FireFox). Close FireFox and restart.

I’m on FireFox right now.

Confirm same here at EU-RU.

As well rankings not available for Europe and Asia regions:
https://eu.diablo3.com/en/rankings/
https://kr.diablo3.com/ko/rankings/
But for US it works: https://us.diablo3.com/en/rankings/

The browser just updated too. I cleared the cookies and was able to connect to the site, but I still have no battle tag friends.

Glad to hear it.

Yeah, we’re all in the same boat with that one. Nothing we can do about it. Just wait it out. Like I said above: Sometimes it works and sometimes it doesn’t.

Supports are aware an issue. Stay tune.

I suggest to move this topic to Technical Support forum.

There’s a Blizzard tweet in that conversation that says this is fixed and you should just need to re-start the app… they appear unaware that this isn’t a Battlenet issue, it’s affecting the profile pages website.

Maybe they need to restart the web server to fix it. :face_with_raised_eyebrow:

Note another topic on the TS forum, they maybe interrelated.

Support doesn’t update on that thread, so don’t know if it is still outstanding.
