Unable to socket Shard in Weapon

So the bug of socketing Shard to dual wield weapons is fixed (whew).

And now, I am not able to socket a shard in my weapon.

As you can see, my off hand do not have a Shard socketed and my primary weapon is empty.

Went to Shen to make sure socket is empty… and it is.

Anything I’m doing wrong here?

EDIT: I am able to put the gem in the off-hand but not in the primary.

Have you exited the game and relaunched? Others have reported that the fix to the dual-shard bug temporarily prevents socketing anything in a weapon that had a shard removed, but that it works after a restart.
