Unable to Connect

I am getting error codes 1, 2, 1001, 1016. I have tried every fix I can find and am still not able to play. I’ve uninstalled and re-installed. Everything else is working great on the computer, just unable to connect to D3. Any solutions would be greatly appreciated.

So, can you run a WinMTR test, as suggested, and post the results here?

I am having the same issues myself…Code:1016 perfect connection…my battle.net just letting it sit there alone keeps going offline and backonline…have no idea what is going on. I cannot play at all.

1016 is a generic loss of network connection code.
As per my advice to the previous poster, run a WinMTR test and post the results.

you don’t need to run any tests, their servers are broken.
