After picking up the anointed keystone u can no longer craft lvl 70 gear it showes all gear as lvl 1 making the chapter 2 season journey hot anvil,strong steel &the real deal unattainable

Possibly Resolved
I had the same issue, as it is a little confusing with everything saying its level 1, upgrade your blacksmith to 12 lmao, iām sure like me you had not done that yet xD heh. I just did, and crafted a sword from the very top of the list, and hey presto achievmento woop woop
