Since Firebird set 4P bounus fly with 0 cool down teleport like a bird, Typhone’s Veil should have extremely fast movement speed like a snake.
I have provided Blizzard with five plans to place the moving rewards in the Typhone’s Veil of 4 P bounus:
Plan A:Diamond Skin gains the effects of the Sleek Shell Rune,and this effect will disappear within 5 seconds after you are injured.
Plan B:The cooldown of your teleport will be reduced by 1 second for each monster your hydra kill or party players kill.
Plan C:When you kill a group of elites, your teleport has no cooldown, lasting for 8 seconds.(This change will make the Typhone’s Veil very different. It will become a crazy elite hunter, like a poisonous snake, which will frighten the elites)
Plan D:When your main skill hits the enemy, the cooldown of your teleport is reduced by 1 second.
Plan E:Your per maximum Arcane Power can reduce the cooldown of your teleport by 0.5%.
