Lightning hydra seems the best for rgk, can someone explain me why?
I’ve been testing frost and arcane hydra too, i’m unable to find the difference. Why frost is better?
where did u got information said tat ligting hydra is best rgk ?
frost hydra better maybe bcs the offhand have 20% cold dmg ?

ok this beyond me, i cant answer why ligting hydra is best rgk 
By using blizzard and the rune that gives 15% lightning dmg, so basically equal.
