when I transmog an item to look like another one, could I delete the item I choose to making look like without loosing the transmog on the other item?

You get the transmog when picking up the item.
Then you can drop it for friends to get transmog too,
or you can just delete it.
Once registered, the transmog stays with you.

Yes - once unlocked, you don’t lose the transmog

Ok cool thanks because I have a lot if items that are not really good but that I find pretty. So I could transmog them. Great!
