can you transfer legendary power via kanai’s cube to set items? my transmute always fails. Im trying to put spaulders of zakara items become undstructable into my inarious shoulders
The Cube does not transfer powers to other items.
If you have a power extracted, just select it in the cube and it will apply that power to your hero as if you were wearing the item.
BTW Zakara is one of the least useful powers in the modern game. It is a holdover from when repairs were very expensive.

thank you for the info so when you extract power it auto magically applies to your character???

And yes, your Character will gain that Power. You can only equip and change it in Adventure Mode. But, it will stay with your Character even if you switch to Campaign Mode.
The cool thing about not applying it to specific items is, you can remove all your gear and your Character will still retain those Legendary Powers. (Not that you would want or need to do that).

Yes, when you choose a legendary power in the Cube, it becomes a passive ability. You can check it in details in your inventory.
