Tested it without arcane Torrent and totally agree with you, it is well balanced if they fix the bug
My post has to do with Blizzard feedback more than anything else. I noticed there is a post in General in regards to S20 theme that got a Blizzard response, yet the same posts in the PTR forum did not - ??? Since this thread DID get a response from Blizzard, my question is, realistically, what changes can be done to “Spruce” up S20? It seems the Cube idea is interesting, but not sufficient, IMHO. In regards to the Hydra set, my Wizard friends have told me the LoD build is more viable due to the Magistrate buff.
