I recently reach the conquest, with three legendary gems challenge, but not counting, is the last challenge for the season last rewards, i need help.

All 3 gems must be seen by Urshi at the same time. If you used 1 for an augment or another character has it equipped, it does not count. If its on a different character, then move it back together with the other 2 and level any gem 1 time and it will fire off.
The the requirement is Urshi has to see 3 gems at the level required at time of upgrade for the achievement/conquest to count.
