The security certificate for forums.blizzard.com has expired

Yesterday, I viewed the EU and US forums without any trouble. This afternoon though, when trying to access both, I get warnings about the site’s security certificate, as follows…

Using Google Chrome - Version 79.0.3945.117 (Official Build) (64-bit)
Warning dialog…

Inspecting the site’s security certificate…

The domain’s certificate was valid from 00:00 10th January 2018 to 12:00 15th January 2020, i.e. it expired around 2 hours 15 minutes ago.

Guess you might want to renew your certification.

Yup, also in TW forum, probably all other languages as well because the certificate is global for all *.forums.blizzard.com domain.

I currently grant the permission in Firefox to work around the problem.

For me, Firefox is still happy with the cert. Probably it checks the date only once per session.

Now there is a new cert from Amazon, valid until 2/15/2021.
So we can necro this thread in 13 months.
