My 20% armor potion randomly disappeared and the game will not rollback.
I’ve been in contact with blizzard support and was told to post here as they can’t figure this out.
“Unable to perform rollback. Please try again later.”

No I’m not logged into the game or the battle.net app.
Rofl. For a potion? You’ve been trying for 2 days to rollback your game for a potion?
Some people have jobs and can’t play 24/7 ,so I’m lucky to play once a week.

It does seem to be broken.
No offense, but you only have a limited number of rollbacks available, so maybe rolling back for a potion might not be a wise move. You’ll get more potions.
Be that as it may, rollback is broken. So it is a bug.
Agreed, isn’t there something like 3 rollbacks in total available? Wasting any of those for a lost item of any type is daft. Also the rollback takes the account back to when the last snapshot of it was taken which can mean several days worth of progress lost, all to restore 1 item. A rollback may actually end up costing more than what was lost.
One can get gear easily in this game. A replacement potion should be super easy to acquire.

Same problem, unable to rollback.
Me too cant do rollback. All Heroes are missing and i am trying to do rollback 6 times , every time i got mess. Try later .Any body knows why is this ? I am playing diablo 1 2 3 all my life. What to do?
