Me and the rest of our clan members (PiratE) receive error 319045 when trying to send a message to the clan chat. A quick survey of players from other clans showed that they do not have this error. The community “Rift it foraward EU” is also inaccessible, there are no problems with those on my list. All messages come in and out.
