Akkarat’s Champion needs to be up 100% of the time pretty much regardless of build.

I think it needs at least 100% up time for No Rune (35% dmg and increased wrath regen). Only runes need to be with CD.

Same for Iron Skin too.

Seems to be for the most part and most builds. The LoD blessed however is one example of actually not needing it up . The way I play it at least it is up maybe %30 of the time, only on big elite packs and RG, the rest is all non akarats. I use stone gauntlets to make up for this.
