Taeguk gets stopped in its track by Diamond Skin : Prism ruin, when channeling disintegrate Taeguk starts stacking casting say explosive blast it keeps stacking as normal but the minute I use Diamond Skin : Prism while channeling taeguk stops stacking and wont stack until Diamond Skin : Prism active effect runs out please fix this devs!
Expected behavior as likely your resource cost drops to zero after subtracting the cost reductions from Prism. Happened to me many a time. 
Try reducing your RCR or remove Power of the Storm or take off Hergbrashs’. As soon as you start spending resource, you’ll see Taeguk reapply while Prism is active again.
