Wouldn’t it be awesome if we were able to cube this item? But instead of it being extracted as a cube power, it appeared in the wardrobe as a cosmetic pet. The murloc is really cool but seeing as the item has to be worn as it’s not a talisman or extractable legendary power (which would be just as bad, btw) it’s never used, by anyone. Which is a real shame!
I see this as a win-win scenario: players would get new content - a new pet to farm and devs don’t really need to do anything - just take an existing asset and give it a purpose.
On a side note, I think the case should be same as e.g. wirt’s original leg, legacy items would not give the pet via Kanai’s cube to make it fair for everyone.
