Suggestion for primal Trag'Oul's Corroded Fang

I recently get primal Trag’Oul’s Corroded Fang with the following stats
+1560-1940 Fire Damage

  • 1000 Int
  • 1000 Vit
  • 23,936 Life per Hit
  • 260 Exp per kill

I was thinking of changing

  • 23,936 Life per Hit to +10% Damage
    or should I change it to Cool Down Reduction?
    Any suggestion ?

It depends on what build you’re going to use that for. For example in case of LoD Poison Scythe I’d roll Vit to AD or even IAS (if it reaches the next breakpoint).

Area Damage and Cooldown are often quite helpful.
