[Suggestion] Bring back removed Elite abilities in Visions

Replying to idea of making game more challenging (without reading all the posts). Please note that game multipliers have been ruined in such a way that there is practically no way anymore to make the Visions ( T16) difficulty such that it would be any challenge after 30 hours of play (for META builds) but still such that it can be passed by people who only can make GR100 (whichs is already much more than T16).

While I actually also am favor of getting more difficult content, the first mandatory step would be making open world content more challenging overall - by lowering multipliers a lot (250x-1000x total for dmg and 50% total for defence etc) or introducing T30 (or making T16 as hard as T30, whatever) and fixing all problems coming from it and not listening whine.
But we all know this isn’t realistic at all.
