Admittedly haven’t tested it much since I rolled a DH and then got kinda bored lol, but I was reading the maxed stats on the Remnant of Pain are just… like WTF ? Possibly the most busted of them all.
So, you crank up everyone’s attack speed and it guarantees crits vs “incapacitated” enemies (i.e. stunned). Time to break out the max attack speed lightning build again
