Its been a few days since i can log in into my acount im stuck at the server authentication screen, i already looked at some foruns and nothing helped.
Flushed/renew DNS
tried repair client
deleted folder of the app
tried restart internet modem

Thanks for reaching out. Have you tried all of the steps listed here?
If so, try testing an alternate network. If you’re able to connect when using an alternate network, that tells us the issue is isolated to the network that you are currently using. If this is the case we can only recommend contacting the ISP for assistance determining what is causing the issue to occur on that specific network. They may adjust specific security/firewall settings on your modem or temporarily replace the device to narrow it down further.
