Is it the intention that CC resist will nullify the movespeed penalty from Stone Gauntlets? I tested Invigorating Gemstone (immunity to CC effects) with Stone Gauntlets and still experienced instances of not being able to move. For the most part movespeed was not affected but there were anomalies where I became immobile while equipping Invigorating Gemstone.
