There is a magic list.
All the early ones are Blizz staff or people who got Manual TL3 to do guides and support. It would have taken over 100 days at the time to earn it so some of us kind of needed our links back right then.

If you want to learn other things from the data I am happy to help. It is kind of cool. If you look at your json file you can see how many in each trust level group. Anyone in the top groups are also in the groups below so keep that in mind when looking at numbers for forum activity.

You get kind of used to it and you know what to look for. Yes, I got this from your file then put it into Excel. You can straight up copy paste to the forums and it auto formats into a table for you!

My friend had the same trouble and nothing posted here would fix it.
He tried logging in and out, and restarting his Blizzard client.
What finally fixed it was restarting his PC and then he finally could start the pre-load.
Hope this helps someone, good luck.
Trust levels are definitely an imperfect solution for an imperfect world. They hinder a lot of potentially helpful and useful posts in several ways
But there are so many trolls and bad actors (and so many ways to disguise attacks) that it would be virtually impossible to intelligently filter them automatically.
Just a shame that everyone else has to suffer for it
I have reinstalled the battle.net client, I have rebooted my computer, and I still cannot preload Diablo 2 resurrected. I just want to have it available to start as soon as I can tomorrow, but it will not let me download it.(look like it may not let me have access until official release still.) still just says “this game cannot be installed” when putting my mouse over the install button(which is darkened like you cannot click it). I even installed,(by accident) the battle.net client in a different folder location.
Beta is already over. You need to wait for few more days.

Ya as others have said it’s not out till the 23rd, I think pre-install will be 20-21st, consoles are chugging pre installs now I think though.
