Starcraft II Digital Deluxe Edition Cosmetic Items

I purchased the Starcraft II Digital Deluxe Edition and received no cosmetics for Diablo 3. It was the main reason I purchased. After multiple ticket replies from game masters, they have been no help, so if anyone knows when this will be fixed, I would love to know. So far, it feels like money down the drain, and if something isn’t done, I’ll be seeing what I can do legally.

Hello folks,

Just wanted to report that I’m still missing the Diablo III cosmetic rewards that were supposed to come with the StarCraft II Digital Deluxe edition.

I’ve already received all the bonus content in other linked Blizzard games — like SC2 itself, WoW, Hearthstone, and Heroes of the Storm — but in Diablo III, nothing has shown up so far.

I’ve checked thoroughly:

  • Logged into the Americas region, which is where I always play.
  • Went through all 14 of my characters.
  • Checked the in-game mail system and the Collections tab — still no wings, no pet, no transmogs.

Support confirmed that:

  • The rewards are correctly tied to my account.
  • This is a known issue currently under investigation, affecting several players.
  • They couldn’t give an ETA or notify players individually once it’s fixed.

Posting here just to keep the situation visible. If anyone’s had the items appear recently — or has received any updates — feel free to share. Hopefully we’ll all get the rewards soon.

Same with the HotS level 12 items. GMs say they are tied to my D3 account. They are not accessible in game.

I’m having the same problem! I bought SC2 on most recent sale and I’ve received items for other games but not Diablo 3.

Starting Starcraft II did the job for me. I guess login’ into SC2 might help you guys. Seems like servers need to verify the purchase of Digital Deluxe Edition.

That’s odd. I don’t own StarCraft (I or II) and I got mine shortly after purchasing the DDE. (If I remember correctly).

But, I guess if it worked for you it’s worth a try.

I just got my Cosmetic items for Diablo III today when I logged in. I really wish I don’t have to wait for this long to get digital Cosmetics ever again.

The thing is I frequently play both Diablo III and Starcraft II. I truly don’t know why I hadn’t received it up til today?
