Are you asking whether SoJ allows your other elemental damages to benefit from the boost of Black Hole - Absolute Zero?
If so, then I have to answer with: I don’t believe it does. When the ptr patch was first released, I had tried it, but it didn’t look like it did. When I get the chance later I’ll be sure to try again.

Absolute Zero is not a Static element boost.
It actually can. But only after you use a potion or change floors while you have the Absolute Zero buff active.
And it actually snapshots. But only into fire/arcane/lightning. If you potion with Absolute Zero up and then let it drop off, your cold drops back down to your baseline but your fire/arcane/lightning stay at the buffed level until you potion again or change floors.
