Increase Health to more than 700k because Crushing Advance and Esoteric Alteration won’t save you all the time.
Get as much Cooldown, Critical Hit Chance, and Pickup Radius.

Battle Rage (Ferocity) seems more useful than the rune Bloodshed for now.
