If you have SoJ power equipped while also using Sliver of Terror, the Sliver power that increases Fire and Lightning damage by 50% will DECREASE lightning and fire TO 50% if your highest static elemental damage booster is higher than 50%. These two powers do not function correctly together.

I may have misinterpreted this. Tested on Necromancer in which Fire and Lightning are not base elements which normally exists. Upon Sliver of Terror’s activation of its elemental damage bonus, these values are added to the character details sheet where they normally wouldn’t exist.
The interaction between different Elemental Bonuses from Soul Shard and the power from Stone of Jordan should be investigated.
